This workout includes elements of boxing, weight-lifting, functional movements, running, and more – all in a fun, safe and clean environment. During a session, kids will build their knowledge in motor skills, muscle strength, coordination, endurance, agility, balance, concentration and confidence. This program is developed for kids to grow up healthy, strong and develop a lifelong love for fitness.
