Q: What is FOXX ITZ Series

A: FOXX ITZ series is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session that will put your stamina, strength, and willpower to the test. You will ride, lift, battle and punch through different zones, using specialized equipment.

Q: What is high-intensity interval training (HIIT)?

A: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines intense, high-energy bursts of activity with shorts periods of low activity. You’ll burn more calories in a shorter time, and it’s boosting your metabolism. That means you will burn more fat and calories in the next 24-48 hours after a workout.

Q: Q: What are the benefits of HIIT?

A: HIIT elevates your metabolism after you exercise, meaning you burn additional calories even hours after you finished a FOXX ITZ workout! You can get maximal health benefits in minimal time, and it is the perfect workout for people on-the-go looking for big results! If you are looking to build lean muscle, burn body fat and improve your overall health - FOXX ITZ series will get you there!

Q: How long do the classes last?

A: FOXX ITZ Series is a 45-minute session. FOXX Cubs is a 60-minute session.

Q: What is FOXX Cubs?

A: FOXX Cubs is a HIIT program tailored for youths aged between 9-14 years old. This workout includes elements of boxing, weight-lifting, functional movements, running and more – all in a fun, safe and clean environment.

Q: How many calories can I burn in a class?


A: It varies from person to person, but on average you can burn between 500 calories to 1000 calories per class! Since our workouts elevate your metabolism, you will continue to burn more calories for up to 48 hours after an ITZ series workout!

Q: Are the classes same throughout the day?

A: Yes. Each class is the same throughout the day, with each day having a different workout focus.

Q: Is class suitable for all levels?


A: Yes! We accept anyone from an elite athlete to a beginner- just bring your positive vibes and we’ll take it from there!

Q: Is it safe to come every day?

A: Yes. We recommend at least 3-4 classes a week to see solid results, but the rest is up to your energy and recovery level. Regardless, if you come every day, you will be challenged with different moves to keep your body and mind guessing!

Q: I have an injury and I can’t jump or lift heavy?

A: If you can’t perform a move or certain exercise, do not worry! Our team of knowledgeable coaches are capable of providing exercise modifications to fit your specific needs. Please inform the coach upon your arrival.

Q: Do you have showers?

A: We do not have showers, but we have a spacious lounge area with changing rooms where you can change and freshen up after your workout. We also provide storage lockers for your bags.

Q: Is there a minimal age to join?


A: You've got to be at least 16 to join our FOXX ITZ Series. For youths aged between 9-14 years old, you are welcomed to join our FOXX Cubs program.

BOOKING A WORKOUT
Q: Where can I purchase the FOXX ITZ Series package?

A: Download FIITBOXX app via Google Play Store or App Store, register and log-in to the App. Select “Join”, FOXX GROUP CLASSES and purchase your packages.

Q: Do you offer a discounted trial/first class?

A: Yes, we do offer a First Timer Trial of 3 sessions at $66. Foxx Cubs First Timer Trial of 2 sessions at $60.

Q: What is your class cancellation policy?

A: Class cancellation must be done 12 hours in advance, prior to class time. Any late cancellation will result in the class being deducted from your account and will not be credited back.

Q: Can I share my class packages?

A: Some packages are sharable with another 1 to 2 persons. For a 50-class package, it can be shared with another person. For the 80 and 120-class packages, they can be shared with another 2 people.

BEFORE THE WORKOUT
Q: When should I arrive?


A: For first-timers, please arrive 15-MINUTE early for us to give you a quick studio orientation and help you set up. For regulars, do arrive no later than 10-minute prior to class time. We want you to have ample time to suit up in your workout kit, put on the MyZone heart rate monitor and be all ready to HIIT with us.

Q: What do I do when I get there?

A: When you arrive at the studio, check-in with the coach. We will help you sign in and give you a tour of the studio.

Q: What if I’m running late?

A: Ideally, you need to arrive no later than ten minutes prior to the start of your workout. That's respectful to the trainers and guarantees a smooth and focused start to your workout. Once the class starts, no more participants will be allowed into the studio despite booking the class. Please make sure you arrive on time!

Q: What do I need to bring for the class?


A: Please come in comfortable workout clothes, sport shoes and bring a water bottle. A workout towel will be provided.

Q: What are boxing wraps and do I really need them?

A: Yep, you need them. Wraps protect your knuckles and wrists no matter how hard you hit your boxing bag. We provide easy-peasy slip-on inserts, complimentary on your first workout with us.

Q: Do I need to bring my own boxing gloves?


A: We do provide the boxing gloves. However, you can certainly bring your own if you want.
